The oolong teas offer something in between a
green and black tea. There are many different
types, but we went for one that is grown in a
very small area on the side of the Wu mountain.
The soil and conditions offer the perfect
combination, much like you would find with a
fine wine. It is difficult to describe the
flavour but the aroma when it starts to brew is
amazing and this tea is very refreshing both hot
and cold.
